Custom CATCH-Seq Target Enrichment Kits

Ubiquity Genomics provides high-quality CATCH-Seq probes, customized for your genomic regions of interest. These kits enable targeted enrichment of next-generation sequencing libraries for contiguous blocks of the genome at a fraction of the cost of oligonucleotide pools. CATCH-Seq probes can be synthesized for any species for which there are mapped genomic clones available (BACs or fosmids). Kits can target a single locus, capturing ~200kb of the region, including introns, exons, and flanking sequences. Multiple probe sets can be combined to enlarge the region of interest, or to capture multiple loci at once. CATCH-Seq Target Enrichment Kits thus provide efficient capture of specific target regions from whole genome NGS libraries. This technology is also ideal for targeted bisulfite sequencing and studies of broad regions of the genome.

CATCH-Seq capture probes can cover several hundred kilobases to several megabases of contiguous sequence and can cover exons, introns, 5’ regulatory regions, 3’ regulatory regions, and flanking regions.
